Charles speichert alle personenbezogenen Daten in der EU. Als offizieller WhatsApp-Partner verwendet Charles die WhatsApp Business API mit der Folge, dass im Bereich unserer Verantwortlichkeit keine sonstigen Dritten oder WhatsApp einen Zugriff auf Ihre Kommunikationsinhalte erhalten.

Die Nutzung von WhatsApp unterliegt allein den von Ihnen mit WhatsApp getroffenen Vereinbarungen. Entsprechend der Nutzungsbedingungen von WhatsApp liegen uns durch Ihre Kontaktaufnahme Ihre Telefonnummer und Ihr Username vor. Wir verwenden diese und andere von Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellte Informationen, um Sie und Ihre Präferenzen wiederzuerkennen und Ihnen auf Ihre WhatsApp-Nachrichten zu antworten. We use this and other information you provide to recognize you and your preferences and to reply to your WhatsApp messages. The legal basis here is your consent to be contacted in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. In addition, we will send you newsletters via WhatsApp, if you have given us your consent to do so.

You can revoke consent already given at any time, with future effect.
