Conversations

Filter

Description

Hide filter for "all" conversations

Use "assigned to me" as default filter

Contact widget

This widget displays all information about your contacts. If you decide to hide this, this widget will not be shown for all users in conversation view.

Orders

Displays all completed orders associated with the contact

Emails

Shows all email addresses associated with the contact

GDPR

Enables you to manage GDPR requests from contacts. It is only visible to user with admin rights.

Addresses

Shows all physical addresses associated with the contact

Commerce widget

This widget displays all products from your shop system and enable you to assemble carts for your contacts. If you decide to hide this, this widget will not be shown for all users in conversation view.

Skip product detail page for products without variants

Cart

If it is hidden, you would not be able to view the cart

Commerce

Displays all completed orders from your store and lets you manage all product related information. If you hide this, all users won’t have access to this section from the left side bar.

Agents

If this setting is enabled, the staff’s ID number is displayed on the “Agents & Roles” settings page.
