Description: Explain your request in more detail. Important info could be;
What you were trying to achieve?
What steps have you already tried?
If possible, include specific links/URLs with examples
Attachments: Any additional resource, like screenshots or video recordings, are super helpful for us to solve your request more efficiently
Universe Name: What’s before the “.hello-charles.com”?
For example, if you’re active on “brand-xyz.hello-charles.com”, you would enter “brand-xyz”
Email Address: Our Client Experience (CX) team will keep you updated all the way (and may need to ask more questions)
