Use cases and value proposition

  1. Capture WhatsApp subscribers on Bloomreach => Alignment with CDP strategy

  2. More enriched profiles on Bloomreach through zero and first-party data collection via WhatsApp => Better segmentation & personalization within Bloomreach => Higher conversion / revenue => 10-20% higher revenue per recipient across channels

  3. Add WhatsApp as an additional messaging channel => Allow targeting contacts who prefer WhatsApp as channel => 20-40% higher revenue per recipient for WhatsApp subscribers

Setup

Syncing WhatsApp subscribers and properties to Bloomreach

Within your Welcome flows or Opt-out flows, you can use the Outgoing webhook node to send contact and opt-in information to Bloomreach.

Step 1: Create a charles flow with an Incoming webhook trigger

Step 2: In your Bloomreach scenarios, add a webhook node (Bloomreach docs) and configure the request to trigger the charles flow with the incoming webhook trigger from step 1
