Common Error Codes in Campaigns
131026 β Message Undeliverable
Description: The message could not be delivered
Possible Reasons:
The recipient's phone number is not associated with a WhatsApp account
The recipient has blocked the business
The recipient's phone is turned off or has no internet connection
131049 β Per-User Marketing Template Message Limit reached
Description: This message was not delivered to maintain healthy ecosystem engagement
Possible reasons:
This contact has received too many marketing messages within the last 24 hours
131047 β User's number is part of an experiment
Description: Message was not sent as part of an experiment.
Possible reasons: Meta from time to time runs experiments in the background. The message could not be delivered because they are running one of these experiments.
