💡 An agent is a charles user who can be invited as an Admin or to manage Conversations, Studios and Settings.
Go to Settings → Agents & Roles
Click Add Agent. A pop-up will appear
Add the name & email and assign permissions
Click Save & Invite
The new agent will receive an email (make sure to check the spam folder).
