If you're having trouble logging in to your Charles account, don't worry—this can usually be resolved quickly by resetting your password. Follow the steps below to get back into your account.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Navigate to the Charles login page and enter your email and password.
If you're unable to remember your password or it isn't working, click on “Forgot password?” as shown below:
Step 2: Request a Password Reset
After clicking "Forgot password?", you’ll be directed to the password reset screen. Enter the email address associated with your Charles account and click “Reset password”.
Step 3: Check Your Email
You’ll receive an email with a password reset link. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox within a few minutes.
Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
