Import qualifying orders from Shopify into charles. Orders are saved when they meet specific conditions (for example, the customer already exists in charles, the order came through a charles automation component, or it used a charles discount code). - A daily sync imports qualifying orders.
- charles also receives webhooks for orders placed after installation, so qualifying orders appear in the charles platform in real time.

3. Sync existing data

Go to Settings → Integrations → Available apps

Find Shopify and select Connect. A window will open

Select Start Installation from Shopify Marketplace. You’ll be redirected to the Shopify app store

7. Sign into charles and confirm the instance that’s being connected

8. Go to Integrations → Shopify. Select the ⚙️ and a window will open

9. Sync the data by clicking all the buttons from top left to bottom right (wait for the green confirmation before selecting the next one)
