Before you can tag a subscriber, you need to set it up in Settings.
Adding new tags
To add a new tag, go to;
Settings → Tags → Add tag. A window will open
Give the tag a new and assign it to a group
You can now add this tag in Conversations, Contacts or Journeys!
Removing tags from all contacts
You can bulk delete your tag in Settings.
Deleting a tag via Settings will remove it from all contacts. If you need the same tag again, it won’t be assigned to the original contacts anymore.
To delete a tag from all contacts, go to;
Settings → Tags
On the tag you want to delete, select the X
The tag is deleted
Removing tags from individual contacts
You can remove tags from contacts individually.
Remove manually under Contacts by searching for them and select the X to remove the tag
