Create a subdomain
WhatsApp requires you to use a link that shows the identity of your business to minimise the amount of spam links. To create your subdomain;
Go to Settings → Integrations → Charles Shortner and click the ⚙️. A pop-up will appear
In the Subdomains tab, select Create subdomain
The subdomain you enter here will be use to generate your short link. We highly recommend that you use a subdomain that represent your company identity, e.g. charles_ai.chls.to
Set UTM parameters
You have the possibility to pre-configure the UTM parameters you want to use to track your campaign’s performance. These parameters will be injected into the link.
