From March 31st, Smart Updates will move to Journeys.
The move to Journeys will enable you to build more robust WhatsApp conversation flows and allow you to take advantage of rich messages, conditional rules, webhooks, and more.
What changes for you?
Soon we’ll discontinue Smart Updates so you’ll no longer have them in Automation. Therefore, we strongly recommend you configure them as flows in Journeys.
