💡 A user is a member of your charles workspace who can be invited as an Admin or to manage Conversations, Studios and Settings.
Go to Settings → Users
Click Add new. A pop-up will appear
Add the name & email and assign permissions
Click Save & Invite
💡 Invited users whose email is a Google account can use Sign in with Google after accepting the invitation.
🔍 Didn't receive the invitation email? Try these steps:
📁 Check your spam or junk folder — The invitation email may have been filtered out. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder before requesting a new one.
✅ Double-check the email address — Ensure that the email address entered during the invitation process is correct and free of any typos.
