Within the WhatsApp Business manager, you have the option to change the display name that your audience sees in WhatsApp when they receive a message from your business.
First, you need to go to your Business Manager - here is the article which shows you where to find it.
Next, click on your business phone number and in the newly opened section, go to the Profile tab.
There, you will see your display name and its status (Approved, Pending, or Rejected). Next, click on the Edit button and insert your new desired name.
When choosing your new display name, please be mindful of the official Meta guidelines regarding the display name. Names which don't follow the guidelines are very likely to be rejected. You can read all about them here.
Your business can change the display name up to 10 times in a 30 day period. Once the 30 day period is up, a new 30 day period begins and your businesses can again change the display name up to 10 times in this new 30 day period.
Once you see that the display name has the status Approved, you should reach out to our Support team and notify them of it, and then they will do the final step to enable the new name to show in WhatsApp.
