Test Your Agent
Before going live, test your agent thoroughly to ensure it responds accurately and handles different scenarios correctly.
How:
1. Navigate to Charles AI Squad > Agent Test.
2. Select the agent you want to test by checking the box next to its name under "Select Agents".
3. Toggle "One Agent Active" to activate the test environment.
4. Start a test conversation by typing queries that your customers would typically ask.
5. Verify that the agent returns correct answers, recommends relevant products, and behaves according to your persona and instructions.
6. Use "Reset Conversation" to clear the test chat and start a new test scenario.
