Overview of Chat-ins

Grow your charles-powered WhatsApp channel with Chat-ins.

Updated over a week ago

There are 2 ways that people can subscribe to your WhatsApp channel:

  1. Writing to your WhatsApp number

  2. Leaving their details in a Chat-in form

Writing to your WhatsApp number

💡 A WA.ME is a shortened URL that directs people to a WhatsApp chat with a predefined message. By sending this message, people can opt-in to your WhatsApp channel.

Use a WA.ME link to have people send a predefined message to your WhatsApp number. For example, a WA.ME link can live behind a CTA on your website or a QR code in store. The predefined message should then trigger an opt-in flow ⬇️

Website pop-ups

Similar to signing up to an email newsletter, users can leave their number (including country code!) to become part of your WhatsApp channel. Easily add website pop-ups and bubbles with our no-code solutions ⬇️

Chat-in bubbles

Add a box to collects phone numbers just after a customer orders, so you can contact them via WhatsApp in the future.

The newsletter popup is designed to appear after a set time on your store front. It’s automatically added and no further setup is necessary from the store side.

Create a bubble that appears on your web shop.
