Use the wait/delay node to delay the next node by a certain a certain amount of time or until a certain date.
For example, you can add a delay of a few seconds in between messages to make it seem to the customer they’re texting with an actual person.
Or use longer delays for post-purchase flows to send replenishment reminders, after care advice and more. Check out Flow templates for more inspiration.
Remember: if you’re adding a longer time delay you’ll probably be outside the 24-hour service window. In which case, make sure you use an update node (instead of message node).
