How to integrate
In charles, go to Settings > Integrations > Marketplace
Search for the tile that says "Klaviyo" and click on it
Click "Next" until you're on step "Klaviyo connection"
Click "Connect": You will be redirected to Klaviyo to grant charles access to certain areas of your Klaviyo accounts.
After you connected Klaviyo, you can configure the functionality or just click on "Next" and "Finish" to do that later.
Now the following features are available:
Klaviyo Metric Trigger, for instance to send Abandoned cart reminders. Learn how to set it up here.
Property sync, for instance to collect zero-party data and opt-ins for new subscribers. Learn how to set it up here.
Engagement and Opt-in event sync, to leverage charles data in Klaviyo for improved segmentation and personalization. Learn how to set it up here.
