On-Canvas Flow Analytics

Overview

On-Canvas Flow Analytics brings performance data directly into your flow builder, allowing you to monitor and analyze your automation performance without leaving the canvas. This feature provides real-time visibility into how contacts move through your flows and how your messages perform.

Getting Started

Enabling Analytics View

To view analytics on your flow canvas:

  • Open any live flow in the flow builder

  • Locate the Hide analytics / Show analytics toggle button in the top bar

  • Click to toggle the analytics display on or off

When enabled, performance metrics will appear directly beneath each node in your flow.

Date Range

Currently, on-canvas analytics display data from the last 7 days by default. You'll see the date filter indicator in the top bar showing "Last 7 days."

Coming Soon: A fully functional date filter will be available in an upcoming release, allowing you to customize the time period for your analytics.

Understanding the Metrics

Message Node Analytics

For message nodes, you'll see the following metrics:

Engagement Metrics:

  • Sent - Total number of messages sent

  • Delivered - Percentage and count of successfully delivered messages

  • Read - Percentage and count of messages that were opened/read

  • Clicked - Percentage and count of messages where a link was clicked

  • Error - Count of failed message deliveries

  • CTA Button Metrics (displayed when your message contains a call-to-action button):

  • Button Click Rate - Percentage of recipients who clicked the CTA button

  • Conversion Rate - Percentage of recipients who completed a purchase

  • Orders - Total number of orders attributed to this message

  • Revenue - Total revenue generated from this message

Other node analytics

You'll see:

  • Entered - Number of contacts who entered the wait step

  • Finished - Number of contacts who have completed the wait and moved on

Data Availability

Data is collected from January 1st onwards. Historical data from December 2025 and earlier ist not tracked.

Data accuracy: Please be aware of the following two cases:

  1. Date overflow: it can happen that customers receive a message on one day and click on it the next. If your date filter only includes the latter, clicks might be higher than deliveries or reads.

  2. Multi-clicks: If customers click on more than one quick reply button, the number of clicks will not match the number of executions of the consecutive nodes. The tracking of all clicks however gives valuable insights into the behavior of your customers.
