What is RCS?
RCS is a communication protocol that upgrades standard texting. Unlike SMS, which is limited to 160 characters and basic media, RCS operates over data (Wi-Fi or LTE), allowing for verified sender profiles and interactive branding. Instead of communicating with a phone number (like on WhatsApp or SMS), on RCS, your customers are communicating with an "agent".

What are RCS Agents?
An RCS Agent is a verified business profile that interacts with customers.
Verified Sender: Agents feature a "Verified" checkmark, brand name, and logo, building immediate trust.
Branded Interface: Unlike the generic grey bubbles of SMS, Agents allow for custom brand colors and banner images.
Asynchronous Communication: Just like WhatsApp, customers can message the Agent at any time, enabling long-term relationship building.
