Learn how to use the Campaigns dashboard to prepare, organize, schedule and analyze your campaigns and insights.

To find the Campaigns dashboard, click Campaigns in the menu.

Active

Monitor your campaign send out in the Active tab.

Within “Active” you can check the progress of your campaigns that are being actively sent out to your contacts.

Scheduled campaigns that are paused after the send out was started will stay under Active for 7 days. A paused campaign can be resumed under Active if the issues have been resolved.

Scheduled

Keep an eye on scheduled campaigns in the Scheduled tab.

Drafts

Got caught up? No worries, come back and finish setting up your campaigns in the Drafts tab.

Draft: All campaigns that have been created but not yet sent

Completed

Check the results of your completed campaigns at a glance.

Completed: All campaigns that have been sent (and not archived)

Get insights from completed campaigns

Results from campaigns at the bottom show aggregated values for important campaign KPIs like CTR, conversion, €/recipient.

You can fine-tune the results by (A) searching or (B) changing the time range.

(A) Search: e.g. you use the same name format for a specific type of campaign you send every 3 month (230101_catalgoue_winter, 230401_catalgoue_spring)

By searching for “catalogue” you can gain an aggregated view of how all catalog campaigns performed together.

(B) Time range:

See how all campaigns in last November performed by simply choosing the time frame and see aggregated values on the button

Archived

Archived: All campaigns that have been archived by an agent (both completed and drafts)

Customize your view

Change the time range and visible columns to adjust the overview to your preference
