Sending a campaign

Through Publish options you have 2 different ways to send your campaign - straight away or scheduled in the future.

After you’ve created your campaign (see 💬Create campaigns), you can select Publish options and a window opens.

You’ll be required to test your campaign before sending so that you can avoid any unnecessary surprises!

Schedule for later

Schedule your campaigns so you can catch your customers outside of office hours.

To schedule campaigns

  • The earliest a campaign can be scheduled is 1 hour and 15 minutes in the future

  • Contacts are updated for the last time 1 hour before sending out (opt-outs within the hour are not updated)

Reschedule a campaign

  1. Go to the ‘Scheduled’ tab:

  2. Click the campaign you want to reschedule. A window opens

  3. Enter the new date and time

  4. Click Reschedule

Please note:

  • The earliest a campaign can be rescheduled is 1 hour and 15 minutes in the future.

Please note: to edit a scheduled campaign, you first need to unscheduled it.

  1. Go to the ‘Scheduled’ tab

  2. Find the campaign you want to reschedule > … > Unschedule and edit:

  3. Edit the campaign as desired and follow the steps above to reschedule the campaign

Please note;

  • You cannot edit a campaign 2 minutes before sending it out

  • The earliest a campaign can be scheduled is 1 hour and 15 minutes in the future

Cancelling a scheduled campaign

  1. Go to the ‘Scheduled’ tab

  2. Find the campaign you want to reschedule > … > Cancel send:

  3. A window opens. Click Cancel campaign

  4. Your campaign will move to the “Drafts” tab

Please note:

  • You cannot cancel a campaign 2 minutes before sending it out

Viewing scheduled campaigns

To get an overview of your scheduled campaigns, go to the “Scheduled tab”:

Scheduled campaigns are paused if the template is paused or if there are too many WhatsApp errors.

Send now

This will send the campaign immediately.
