To schedule a campaign
Create a campaign as usual (How to send a Campaign)
Click Publish and a window opens
Select Schedule for later
4. Enter the date and time when you want to send the campaign.
Please note;
The earliest a campaign can be scheduled is 1 hour and 15 minutes in the future
Contacts are updated for the last time 1 hour before sending out (opt-outs within the hour are not updated)
Click Schedule
Rescheduling a campaign
Go to the ‘Scheduled’ tab:
2. Click the campaign you want to reschedule. A window opens
3. Enter the new date and time:
4. Click Reschedule
Please note:
The earliest a campaign can be rescheduled is 1 hour and 15 minutes in the future.
Editing a scheduled campaign
Please note: to edit a scheduled campaign, you first need to unscheduled it.
Go to the ‘Scheduled’ tab
Find the campaign you want to reschedule > … > Unschedule and edit:
3. Edit the campaign as desired and follow the steps above to reschedule the campaign
Please note;
You cannot edit a campaign 2 minutes before sending it out
The earliest a campaign can be scheduled is 1 hour and 15 minutes in the future
Cancelling a scheduled campaign
Go to the ‘Scheduled’ tab
Find the campaign you want to reschedule > … > Cancel send:
3. A window opens. Click Cancel campaign
4. Your campaign will move to the “Drafts” tab
Please note:
You cannot cancel a campaign 2 minutes before sending it out
Viewing scheduled campaigns
To get an overview of your scheduled campaigns, go to the “Scheduled tab”:
Scheduled campaigns are paused if the template is paused or if there are too many WhatsApp errors.
