The catch-all trigger will trigger a flow for all incoming messages (that don’t already trigger a different flow). Kinda like the Out of Office feature you already know, but now you have the option to build out out a flow.
For example, trigger a catch-all flow that triages service requests before asking your customer to reach out to support.
To use the new catch-all trigger;
Build your flow. Here’s a template to get you started ⬇️
2. Disable your OOO configuration via Settings → Configurations → Out of office
3. Go to Journeys → Settings → Triggers and select your flow (make sure you’re using a flow you’re not using anywhere else)
The flow will now be triggered with every message outside of typical flow triggers.
