Automatically handle incoming service requests

Our new catch-all trigger gives you another, more automated, option for responding to customers. An easy solution to guide your customers to find what they are looking for.

The catch-all trigger will trigger a flow for all incoming messages (that don’t already trigger a different flow). Kinda like the Out of Office feature you already know, but now you have the option to build out out a flow.

For example, trigger a catch-all flow that triages service requests before asking your customer to reach out to support.

To use the new catch-all trigger;

  1. Build your flow. Here’s a template to get you started ⬇️

2. Disable your OOO configuration via Settings → Configurations → Out of office

3. Go to Journeys → Settings → Triggers and select your flow (make sure you’re using a flow you’re not using anywhere else)

The flow will now be triggered with every message outside of typical flow triggers.


Revenue metrics available in flows

We told you to keep an eye out and now our revenue attribution model is available at flow level ✅

Plus, we’ve added a whole new Revenue Metrics dashboard to help you track the revenue generated by the flow.

To get there, go to the flow → ︙→ Analytics → Revenue Metrics:

After testing it out for a while, we’ve decided to remove coupon codes from the flow revenue analytics because of the low reliability (any code can be added) and no option to filter by time. You can still add coupon codes in your message and updates nodes.

This way we can focus our efforts on overhauling the flow analytics.

Keep revenue flowing during off-peak seasons

With Always-On Campaigns, you can automatically reach out to subscribers on days that are significant to them, you or both. It’s an easy and low-impact way to drive revenue year-round.

For example, set up a recurring birthday message that automatically sends Birthday campaigns to subscribers. Or even remind customers to restock on beauty, pet food and more with Replenishment reminders.


Flows engagement metrics continue to be integrated in the Audience Builder

Build your campaign audience by filtering clicked, read and received messages within flows.


Login and sign-up page has a facelift
