No-reply path when storing free text answers

We’ve added the no-reply path when storing a free text answer so you can nudge customers’ who haven’t shared their email. More emails 🤝 more synced subscribers 🤝 better revenue attribution.

Don’t forget: you can store the customer’s response as a custom property by going adding a message/update node → ⚙️ → Customer response settings toggle ON Store customer response

Now, when a customer doesn’t respond within a defined timeframe, you can funnel them into a different flow path.


🎂 Start collecting contact’s birthdays

Collect and store your contacts birthdays via excel file import or by manually adding birthdays under contact details (via flows is coming soon):

Right now, it’s just possible to collect and store birthdays…but trust us, it’s something you should start doing in preparation for an upcoming feature 👀🤫

📈 The Y-axis of the revenue dashboard is now showing the metrics name:

Don’t see Analytics? Only Agents with admin rights can access it. Please reach out to your charles Admin.
