The new Journeys setting keeps your flows GDPR-compliant

Now you can set a flow to stop automatically when a customer opts out. This is helpful for flows with a long pause (using a Wait node), like post-purchase flows, to stay GDPR-compliant.

By default, the setting is switched on for new and existing flows.

To access the setting, go to ⋯ > Settings > Feed:


Dive deeper into performance with updated Analytics

Agent activity table

The new Conversation analytics dashboard gives you a snapshot of your agent activity to help you stay on top of agent performance.

To access the Conversations analytics dashboard, go to Analytics > Conversations analytics.

Revenue & order data added to the Campaign analytics report

We’ve added metrics like revenue, clicks, and orders to the Campaign analytics report so you can better understand your campaign performance. Export the report as a CSV or XLS to deep dive or transfer to other systems.

To access the Campaign analytics report, go to Analytics > Report hub > Campaign analytics.

Create and send dynamic CTA buttons

Connect your store and add dynamic tracking parameters to your CTA buttons. Use a dynamic CTA to share tracking URLs, track clicks, and more.

Connect your shop system or Klaviyo and use any data you have available to personalize their experience. For example, identify abandoned carts from Shopify via Klaviyo and remind your customers about them.
