How to create a campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns > Create campaign > Enter the name of the campaign. (Note: The name must be unique)

  2. (Optional) Add a Shopify discount code under "Track revenue using discount code" to track revenue generated by the campaign.

    • This only works if your Shopify store is integrated.

    • This code should be used only for WhatsApp as the system tracks all revenue associated to it.

    • You can also track revenue using UTM links in the CTA button.

  3. Set up your template details.

  4. Select the language.

  5. Create your template

    • add media, buttons, your coupon code or quick replies

Give your users the possibility to easily unsubscribe by adding an Opt-Out Button:

6. Once your template is created, submit to WhatsApp for approval.

7. Create your audience by
a) creating an audience from scratch
or
b) use an existing Segment or List:

c) import a contact list


8. Select your audience and review it

a) Build your audience by applying filters to match your audience criteria for this campaign

b) Use existing list or segment to send your campaign to or exclude specific lists/segments

Make sure to ‘only include contacts that have agreed on being reached’


9. Review the contact count. Test the campaign by sending it to yourself.

You are only able to test the campaign if it´s already submitted and has been approved from WhatsApp.

11. Select publish options:
